Crunchy, sweet and wholesome! If you are looking for a rapid snack that allows you to choose the amount of sugar, fat and flavor you want, then you are on the right page.
When I make it, it’s usually gone within a few hours. Its decadent flavor, easy-to-eat size and robust crunch makes for a perfect snack or even breakfast.
So, let’s get to the point here:
What do you need?
Just 3 ingredients: rice puffs, honey and peanut butter. You can also add vanilla extract or mix and match with whatever flavor you wish.
How do you make it?
I simply warmed up the honey and the peanut butter until it turned into a creamy mixture and incorporated the rice puffs. After everything became absorbed and made for a gluey mix, I let sit for an hour (you can also put it in the fridge).
What are the quantities needed?
2 cups of rice puffs, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter – makes for 3 people.
How do you serve it?
With a big smile and a great cup of tea. 🙂
